Simple & effective blast hole sampling system utilising a unique adjustable split, cone valve splitter design for superior sample presentation. Utilises the existing dust collection system and rig compressor to lift the drill cuttings to the sampling system.

Utilises a unique cone splitter design that employs the splitting cone also as a cone valve. This provides superior sample presentation over the splitting cone & sample blades.
Designed to replace the standard drill rig cyclone & to use the existing dust collector & rig compressor to lift the drill cuttings to the sampling system.
Sampling system runs at vacuum pressures.
Designed for dry sampling conditions (blast hole sampling).
Sampling system height / mass: 2.7m / 250kg.
Bolt-in quenched & tempered steel wear strips / plates to cyclone barrel & inlet tract.
Durable Linatex® rubber lined cyclone lid, vortex finder & inlet spigot.
Adjustable split sizes to cone valve splitter (4%, 6%, 8% & 10% as standard, other sizes are available upon request).
Pneumatic actuation to cone valve & the vibrator, which is standard fitment.
Manually operated splitter swing-out for easy inspection & cleaning.
